About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Sales Leader to join our Health Solutions team at Aon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a sales-focused culture across the office/market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans, consistent with objectives set by the practice and market
  • Lead sales activities for a defined geography and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Coach, mentor, and assist colleagues in achievement of their personal and overall market goals
  • Develop and maintain a sales-focused culture across the office/market
  • Identify and recruit top production talent in market
Requirements
  • Ten plus years health and benefit sales, consulting and/or sales leadership experience
  • Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
  • Prior experience managing direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Masters of Business Administration is a plus
