Job Title: Director, Marketing Operations

Quick Base is seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Operations to lead and transform our marketing operations team. As a strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration, you will leverage data and technology to drive marketing efficiency and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with various marketing functions to develop and implement a cohesive vision for marketing operations, fostering strong relationships with teams across the organization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing operations team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover actionable insights and translate these insights into strategic recommendations that drive marketing performance and operational efficiency.
  • Simplify and streamline marketing processes to enhance team collaboration and performance, identifying and eliminating internal complexities that hinder the team's ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage the strategic operations roadmap, ensuring alignment with business direction, and communicate the status and reprioritization of items on the roadmap to the marketing leadership team.
  • Oversee and support of marketing technology platforms, ensuring their integration and alignment with lead management and revenue processes.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Marketing Operations experience; BS/BA in a related field.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize complex information and datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Successful track record of working with all levels of management, ability to prioritize and get things done; Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Drift, ChiliPiper, Outreach, Gong or other sales and marketing technology platforms.
