Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

2. Schedule patient appointments with appropriate providers, ensuring all necessary demographic and medical information is collected.
3. Complete the patient registration process, verifying insurance coverage and preparing necessary documentation.
4. Demonstrate knowledge of insurance procedures and provider participation plans.
5. Assist in maintaining medical records and filing as required.
6. Engage in professional development through educational programs and workshops.
7. Collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and the healthcare team to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:
Education:
While no specific educational background is mandated, candidates with a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of one year in a customer service or medical office environment is preferred, along with strong communication skills.
