Join Our Team as a Senior Customer Experience Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success professional to lead our CSM & Renewals Management teams within the CXM business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving customer health and long-term profitability.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer health and NPS.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for expansion and upselling/cross-selling.
- Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer-facing leadership roles, preferably in enterprise software and SaaS.
