About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer health and NPS.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for expansion and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
