Pricing and Compensation Strategist for Global Expansion

Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry best practices to create process improvements and controls for dynamic pricing across our full portfolio of offerings
  • Analyze data to model optimal pricing solutions, working closely with data scientists to drive business results
  • Design and revise compensation plans to attract and retain top talent while meeting strategic goals and financial parameters
  • Conduct simulations and scenario analyses to forecast the impact of pricing and compensation changes on revenue and profitability

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Compensation & Incubation Strategy. We're seeking a highly analytical professional with expertise in pricing strategy and compensation design. If you have 8+ years of experience in this field and a proven track record of driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)

We offer a competitive salary based on location and experience. The estimated base salary range for this position is $108,700 - $168,675 in California, $103,100 - $141,725 in Illinois, and $103,100 - $149,500 in Washington. This role is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
