About This Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Renewals Director to spearhead strategic growth initiatives for high-value accounts.

As a seasoned professional in this field, you will develop and execute tailored renewal strategies, leveraging your expertise in advanced strategic planning and pipeline management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive renewal strategies that balance customer needs with business objectives, driving retention and revenue growth in the enterprise segment.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage a comprehensive renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and addressing bottlenecks through CRM tools like SFDC.
  • C-Level Engagement: Lead high-level communication with C-level stakeholders, resolving complex concerns and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Complex Renewal Management: Handle multi-year agreements, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance across CRM systems.
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify strategic growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers for seamless execution.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level renewals and achieving retention metrics.
  • Advanced negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like SFDC and Vitally.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives.
About the Role

This role requires a senior-level professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise renewal management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic planning, pipeline management, and C-level engagement skills, as well as strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
