Position Overview:


Full Circle is in search of a Technical Implementation Consultant to partner directly with new clients, facilitating their onboarding process with our products. This role also addresses intricate business and technology challenges for our existing clientele.

In this capacity, interpersonal abilities are as crucial as technical knowledge. Our clients adopt a data-centric approach to marketing, and as an Implementation Consultant, you will guide them in leveraging that data effectively while navigating through onboarding, business process evaluations, implementation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the implementation of Full Circle products.
  • Advise clients on best practices for integrating our solutions with their existing workflows and tools.
  • Lead collaborative sessions to review business and technical requirements with clients.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of product implementation, including customizations, configurations, integrations, deployment, and testing.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of clients from implementation to Customer Success Managers.
Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Salesforce certification (Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud) and relevant experience.
  • Ability to comprehend Marketing Operations requirements.
  • High emotional intelligence paired with an analytical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Extensive experience with the Salesforce product suite.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Proven capability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across systems.
  • Experience in Salesforce declarative development.
  • Genuine interest in fostering client success.
  • Clear communication and active listening skills.
  • Willingness to develop a consultative skillset.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations systems.
  • Experience in customer success roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data loader.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
