Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Implementation Consultant with a strong background in Software Deployment for Accounting and Finance solutions. In this role, you will oversee the deployment and training of the Certinia FFA application and associated tools in client settings, which may involve travel across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Demonstrate the Certinia FFA application through virtual meetings and in-person presentations.
  • Manage both remote and on-site deployments of the Certinia FFA application, encompassing configuration, training, report generation, data migration, and advisory support.
  • Gain an understanding of third-party applications that integrate with Certinia implementations.
  • Assist in defining financial processes and converting requirements into a Solution Design Document.
  • Conduct configuration and training sessions, while documenting best practices specific to Certinia software deployment.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful project outcomes and enhance product features.
  • Provide product knowledge to influence engineering and product management initiatives.

Qualifications for Success

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, along with a solid understanding of implementing financial accounting systems for mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability in designing, implementing, and supporting financial accounting systems.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
