You will be part of a skilled, cross-functional team of enthusiastic Technical Consultants, delivering solutions that empower our customers to make a significant impact in communities globally. Your contributions will be integral to a delivery team that implements essential technologies, enhancing the quality, reliability, and accessibility of data and geospatial capabilities.
The Professional Services division serves as the consulting and implementation arm of Esri. We explore new markets, push technological boundaries, and ultimately deliver transformative solutions to high-profile clients around the world. Our Professional Services team consists of nearly 1,000 skilled business and technical professionals who are dedicated to ensuring our users' success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and partners to identify, design, and validate critical GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
- Offer platform configuration services, expert guidance, and best practices to clients.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively to execute project tasks, deliver services, and implement solutions.
- Enhance your expertise across a wide range of ArcGIS software components and business contexts.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, handling comparable responsibilities.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise GIS solutions/systems utilizing the ArcGIS platform (desktop, server, and online).
- Advanced skills in ArcGIS Platform Configuration.
- Strong programming and scripting capabilities with Python and Arcade.
- Familiarity with contemporary technology implementation patterns, including service-oriented architecture and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge in modeling and managing logical and topological network data.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related STEM field.
- Experience configuring and implementing the Utility Network for Utility clients.
- Understanding of ArcGIS applications in electric/gas facility management (AM/FM), including right-of-way corridor planning, engineering, design, construction, inspection, network analysis, integration with other systems, and market analysis.
- Experience integrating ArcGIS with work management, network analysis, OMS, customer information, and document management systems.
- Practical experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and HTML5.
- Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related STEM field.
