OVERVIEW: The role of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation Consultant encompasses a variety of tasks related to the execution of project components and oversight of project outputs. This position is centered on the proficient implementation and configuration of HCM systems, particularly with a focus on Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) and/or Ceridian solutions. The consultant participates in an extensive training program designed to impart knowledge of specialized HCM software systems, consulting methodologies, and project management practices to effectively assist partners and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engagement in designated HCM system training and industry-specific educational programs
  • Acquiring essential knowledge and maintaining relevant certifications
  • Facilitating effective communication with management, project team members, clients, and partners
  • Providing support to clients through collaboration with partners and internal consultants
  • Overseeing and executing projects, preparing deliverables, project documentation, and conducting system testing
  • Identifying and addressing project risks, challenges, and dependencies
  • Establishing and nurturing successful relationships with partners and clients

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Collaborating with Management and Sales Manager(s) on client engagement strategies
  • Collecting client feedback, conveying value, and soliciting input
  • Adjusting work schedules in accordance with client needs and travel obligations
  • Complying with company policies and fulfilling assigned responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in HCM systems or ERP solutions
  • Functional expertise in Ceridian, UKG, and Kronos systems
  • Ability to learn new HCM systems and processes, along with project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of HR/Payroll best practices and system configuration
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual work settings
  • Willingness to travel based on client requirements, handle luggage, and work remotely

This position may involve varied travel and the capacity to work remotely.
