As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert guidance in planning, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining software solutions tailored to customer requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Creating customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to support essential business functions and fulfill project objectives.
  • Documenting, designing, developing, testing, training, and deploying high-quality business solutions for Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • Translating functional specifications into precise technical requirements.
  • Developing Apex classes, controllers, triggers, and custom Lightning web components to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Designing and building optimized, high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex/Lightning code following industry best practices.
  • Testing bug fixes to ensure compliance with requirements and deploying them to production environments.
  • Staying updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities, providing recommendations for process enhancements.

  • Configuring and managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and custom objects.
  • Collaborating with business leaders and end users to establish and document technical requirements.

  • Facilitating the transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
  • Logging and tracking service requests and incidents.
  • Utilizing various resources to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Working independently and coordinating with others to evaluate business needs and system requirements.
  • Analyzing system discrepancies and failures.
  • Partnering with business areas on upcoming capabilities and developing Proof of Concepts.
  • Understanding Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Executing job functions with minimal supervision and planning work schedules effectively.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry best practices for application security.
  • Demonstrating respect for all individuals and adhering to company values and policies.
  • Exhibiting strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Researching upcoming capabilities through community groups and networking.
Mentorship:
Providing guidance to peers, including Salesforce Administrators.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant technical experience.
  • Extensive technical experience in Salesforce, with a focus on implementing business capabilities and programming expertise.
  • Salesforce consultant-level knowledge, including CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with Apex Code, web components, APIs, and relational database management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$60/hr - $65/hr.
