Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Athletic Program Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the organization and administration of extracurricular athletics at Bristol Eastern High School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of athletic events and activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for student conduct during after-school events.
  • Coordinate with visiting teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Manage the scheduling of athletic contests and transportation as needed.
  • Requisition supplies and materials for athletic programs.
  • Collaborate with the athletic supervisor and building principal to ensure alignment with district and Board of Education guidelines.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to apply it to the activity at hand.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the activity.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while working effectively with students, staff, and parents.
