About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative 2 to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Document customer contacts and interactions

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
