About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
