About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, video chat, or online chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
