Sales Account Manager

Daneco Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Seattle & WA Region. This role involves managing existing and new customer accounts in the food industry, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build great customer rapport.
About the Role
We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, providing sales support, marketing productions, inventory management, product delivery, and representing the organization in sales and branding in the WA community. You will also be required to daily report and weekly meet with the regional area team to discuss sales updates and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of sales/account management experience, as well as strong customer service experience.
- At least 4 years in food service, FMCG, or food industry experience.
- Mandarin fluency is required.
- Travel is required up to 50%.
