Job Description

The Territory Account Manager role at TruMed Systems Incorporated is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team. As the primary customer contact, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and promoting our innovative products to existing and potential customers.

You will be expected to provide comprehensive technical knowledge of our products and effectively communicate their efficiencies and economic benefits to customers. In addition, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales by performing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which includes delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up on appointments, and renewing product contracts.

This is a full-time position that requires business travel (up to 75%) and willingness to work a flexible schedule. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

  • Servicing and managing accounts, including ensuring product access, resolving/triage issues, and renewing product contracts
  • Assisting or leading product installs and training
  • Providing feedback on marketing strategy and effectiveness reviews of sales activities and territory analysis
