Overview

The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide critical support to its Publishing Division. This dynamic role offers an opportunity to work with senior management team members, coordinating communications, task assignments, and deliverables across various projects.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring the smooth operation of the Publishing Division's activities. Your expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Planner, will be essential in preparing professional-grade documents and presentations.

We are looking for an individual with three to five years of administrative experience who is detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. If you have a B.A. or B.S. degree and possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
