**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the school's logistics, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Logistical Support for Staff: Provide administrative and logistical support to teachers and school leaders, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Family & Community Engagement: Regularly communicate with parents, coordinate school-wide meetings, and supervise students during meals and dismissal.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality and accountability.

Salary:** $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 403B retirement matching program, tuition reimbursement, and free access to financial advising services.
