Children's Crisis Treatment Center seeks an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our Community Based team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client data, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the team leader and care coordinators.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary, with knowledge of electronic medical record systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply. COVID Vaccination is required.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the team leader and care coordinators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; some college or vocational school preferred
Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year
