Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership
    Provide financial guidance and leadership to our management team, ensuring alignment with our company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting
    Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Financial Analysis
    Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Human Resources
    Lead the development and implementation of human resources practices, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, communicating financial information and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience
    Minimum of 5 years of accounting and finance management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Education
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Skills
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership
    Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
