Position Overview: The Automotive Sales Finance Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing retail operations, encompassing sales, finance, and the sales workforce. This position involves assisting in the management of various store functions as required and supporting multi-channel sales strategies. Responsibilities include achieving and surpassing sales objectives, leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring accountability for CRM metrics, meeting KPI benchmarks, and endorsing digital retail initiatives, such as Rent2Buy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the completion of finance deal packages and promptly address any missing documentation and pending transactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants on finance processing and performance metrics.
  • Support the finance and insurance processes to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Automotive Sales Management is required. Candidates should possess experience in auto dealerships and car sales, knowledge of auto financing and related regulations, familiarity with auto lenders, and prior supervisory or managerial experience with P&L accountability.

Strong leadership capabilities, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential. The ideal candidate should be proficient in interacting with all organizational levels, computer literate, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess outstanding customer service skills.
