Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Organizational Excellence will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will build and collaborate closely across the HR Centers of Excellence and the organization to design programs that enhance a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and foster continuous growth and development of our talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner for the COE Talent Management and Organizational Development, aligning talent strategies with meeting functional and company objectives.
  • Organizational Change: Lead organizational change initiatives with change management principles to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new policies and programs.
  • Talent Development: Owns and spearheads efforts in talent review, calibration, succession planning, career pathways, and individual development plans (IDPs) to promote internal mobility to build a dynamic and empowered workforce.
  • Organizational Design: Optimize organizational design for scalability, leading initiatives that ensure our job structure and workforce planning meets current and future challenges.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence to understand complex areas of concern by diagnosing performance gaps related to people, processes, structures and overall culture and engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and identify trends and organizational gaps to support changes to programs for process improvement.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives that inspire and cultivate employee growth, focusing on talent identification, development, and retention.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Develop and implement key talent metrics and analytics dashboards to enable decision-making, consistently delivering actionable insights to leadership.
  • Employee Engagement: Utilize employee engagement data to identify opportunities and design targeted talent initiatives such as high potential programs, driving strategic action planning within business units.
  • Culture and Values: Partner with HRBP's and Centers of Excellence to create Talent& Culture policies to foster a strong organizational culture, embedding values and practices that promote engagement, human transformation, and employee well-being.
  • Communication: Prepares and conducts presentations to staff and leadership to increase understanding and increase buy in of talent and culture initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Leverages systems and technology to increase efficiency and productivity of talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between employees, management, and executives.
  • Operational Management: Manages operational budget for area of responsibility and where appropriate manages relationship with external consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant HR experience; SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.
  • Change Management: 2 years change management experience or change management certification.
  • Workday Experience: Workday experience a plus.
  • Cultural Change: Experience with large scale cultural change and business process programs that have led to elevated levels of employee adoption and minimal resistance.
  • Organizational Design: Proven expertise in organizational design, performance management, and workforce planning, with a strong ability to lead change and scalability initiatives.
  • Personal Qualities: Elevated level of personal resilience, adaptability to change, and the capability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional project management and communication skills, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels and collaborating effectively with L&D, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Facilitation and Presentation: Ability to facilitate meetings and present to all levels of the organization.
  • Collaboration and Trust: Must be a collaborator willing and ready to support the team and serve as a trusted advisor.

Total Rewards at Enterprise

Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family, including a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, depending on level of skills and experience. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
