Job Summary:

The Service Leader is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient service environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards, ensuring that all food is prepared and served safely and to the highest quality standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role, preferably with Chipotle Mexican Grill.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
