If you are an experienced Client Services Coordinator seeking a rewarding opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced setting where your contributions truly matter, we invite you to explore this role. We are currently seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator to become part of our dedicated team. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient accounts by accurately collecting, documenting, and updating financial and insurance details.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction and optimize provider efficiency by assessing patient needs and scheduling appointments accordingly.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and follow up on patient inquiries.
  • Resolve customer and patient concerns effectively, ensuring both short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Provide timely updates to the practice regarding service issues or patient feedback.
  • Assist patients in understanding their benefits, coverage options, and financial responsibilities.
  • Welcome patients and visitors to the facility, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications:

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A High School diploma is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and billing practices.
  • Experience in an OB/GYN setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
