If you are an experienced Client Services Coordinator seeking a rewarding opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced setting where your contributions truly matter, we invite you to explore this role. This position involves working closely with healthcare providers and patients to deliver exceptional service related to fertility care.

We are currently seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator to become part of our dedicated team. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient accounts by accurately collecting, documenting, and updating financial and insurance details.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction and optimize provider efficiency by assessing patient needs and scheduling appointments accordingly.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and follow up on patient inquiries.
  • Resolve customer and patient concerns effectively, ensuring both short-term and long-term solutions.
  • Provide timely updates to the practice regarding service issues or patient feedback.
  • Assist patients in understanding their benefits, coverage options, and financial responsibilities.
  • Welcome patients and visitors to the facility, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications:

What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A High School diploma is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and billing practices.
  • Experience in an OB/GYN setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
