Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Ernest Health. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients and determining their eligibility for admission to our hospital. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare development plans, conduct calls, and present to potential referral sources, ensuring that our hospital's mission and guiding principles are integrated into daily practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and determine their eligibility for admission to our hospital.
  • Prepare development plans and conduct calls to potential referral sources.

  • Work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active clinical licensure (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).
  • 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in healthcare sales.
  • Ability to travel in the regional area on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.
  • Demonstrates general computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
