Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Mr. Handyman. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's operations by optimizing office and administrative processes, scheduling work for technicians, and handling customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

* Support company operations by optimizing office and administrative processes
* Schedule work for technicians and handle customer service responsibilities
* Develop and implement administrative standards and procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
* Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of previous experience in customer service
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and relationship management software
* Previous dispatching and construction experience a plus
