Job Description
The Community Relations Representative will play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts, driving census development, community integration, and customer service at our facilities. This dynamic individual will identify and qualify new business opportunities, establish relationships with industry influencers, and execute marketing campaigns to achieve occupancy objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve occupancy objectives
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare centers
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Manage a territory and conduct sales calls to generate new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing or equivalent combination of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
