About the Role

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Curi. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Southeast territory.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's strategic goals. You will have the chance to develop and implement business strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on business performance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in medical professional liability insurance and/or similar lines of insurance
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing
  • Property & Casualty license (must obtain within 90 days of employment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
