Client Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Client Growth Specialist to join our team at International Business Concepts Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for progressively managing and maintaining contacts with customers, proactively using information learned at work to enhance consistent success, and keeping up-to-date with new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have some college experience, above-average work ethic, reliable transportation, negotiation skills, a desire to ask questions, and a willingness to grow. A college graduate with a degree in Economics, Business, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or any other related field of study is preferred but not required.
As a Client Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our firm's continuous expansion and consistent customer service satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to develop entrepreneurial skills and a solution-oriented mentality, which are essential for our company's growth and success.
In terms of compensation, we offer an estimated annual salary of $62,000-$82,000 based on your performance and experience, including a base salary plus commissions for meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
