Drive Business Success as a Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team and drive business growth for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business results.

As a Business Development Director, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognized food brands in the industry, leveraging your passion for business development and creativity to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in foodservice brokerage or distribution sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth. A Bachelor's degree is a plus, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is highly valued.

This role requires daily travel throughout your territory, with some overnight stays during the food trade show season. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends required for industry events.
