Inbound Sales Development Director

The Sales Development Team Lead will play a critical role in driving pipeline contribution at or above quota and recruiting, interviewing, and hiring excellent SDR's at scale. You will also be responsible for onboarding and training SDR's to develop sales skills and deep product knowledge.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with at least two years of experience managing a Sales Development Team, preferably from the Restaurant or Hospitality industries. If you have a strong understanding of sales processes in both short and long sales cycles and excellent verbal and written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
