Lead Cabinetry Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cabinetry Sales Director to lead our cabinetry sales efforts. This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with contractors and builders, and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target key customers in the construction industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, builders, and developers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure our cabinetry solutions meet their evolving demands.
  • Present cabinetry solutions to clients, addressing their unique needs, specifications, and budget requirements.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and product expertise to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in selling construction or cabinetry products to contractors and builders.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry products, materials, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
