Job Summary
HNTB Companies is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our design build team. In this role, you will work closely with HNTB offices, divisions, and contractor clients to identify and win alternative delivery projects.

About the Role
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing sales goals and strategies to achieve those goals in collaboration with the Design-Build Sales Officer. You will partner with geographic division principals to assess opportunities and participate in coordination calls and pursuit prioritization activities. Additionally, you will lead contractor teaming discussions, prepare materials for contractor meetings, and serve as a point of contact for office leaders regarding contractor outreach and pursuits.

Responsibilities
* Develop sales goals and strategies in collaboration with the Design-Build Sales Officer
* Partner with geographic division principals to assess opportunities and participate in coordination calls and pursuit prioritization activities
* Lead contractor teaming discussions, prepare materials for contractor meetings, and serve as a point of contact for office leaders regarding contractor outreach and pursuits
* Participate in and/or facilitate key pursuit meetings, including meetings where our contractor partner is involved
* Possess knowledge of teaming agreements and design services contracts; may participate in terms discussions
* Perform as DB national pursuit champion (NPC) as needed/required; NPC provides corporate leadership to proposal development and delivery to ensure the greatest possibility of success

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience in construction or design
* Ability to travel 50% or more
* Strong contractor relationships and/or ability to develop key relationships
* Professional Engineer (P.E.) or equivalent

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $284,821.88 - $454,975.22 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Please note that actual compensation will be dependent on factors including but not limited to individual qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
