About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Chief Area Sales Director to manage our sales team, driving performance and margin enhancement efforts. As a key member of our division's operating team, you will work closely with directors to ensure timely goal achievement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal results and desired outcomes.
  • Implement sales goals and training programs to align with divisional targets.
  • Collaborate with New Home Consultants on sales techniques to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and monitor paperwork to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend promotional events and conduct sales meetings to support divisional initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years in residential sales, management, or real estate management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Candidates with homebuilder experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
