Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development Director to lead our commercial efforts in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a high-performing field team to drive sales growth and product adoption.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Promote and educate healthcare professionals about Sequel Med Tech products, highlighting their innovative features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of field activities with market dynamics and company strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and customers to drive product adoption and expand our market presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of field sales experience, with at least 5 years in the diabetes or endocrinology industry.
  • Demonstrated history of success leading sales teams, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Experience developing strategic business plans, recruiting and developing team members, and driving sales growth.
  • Strong data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearLocation: Orlando to Miami
