Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Genesis HealthCare, Inc. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously, redirecting them as necessary.
  • Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and guests, providing them with assistance and direction.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date lists of patients and employees, including names, room numbers, and phone extensions.
  • Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure patient and visitor safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Pay Target: $18.00 per hour
