Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as typing, filing, duplicating, and student supervision.
  • Facilities Management: Assist with the maintenance of school facilities, including preparing instructional-related materials for teachers and monitoring the cafeteria to ensure an efficient and pleasant atmosphere.
  • Supply Management: Compile, submit, and distribute supplies for offices and teachers.
  • Attendance Procedures: Assist with in-house attendance procedures.
  • Secretary Support: Assume the duties of the secretary as needed and assist with routine office duties.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: Prior public-school experience and/or working with school-aged children in a licensed, certified, or registered provider setting is preferred.
Credentials
  • Clearances: PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance, PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance, PA Department of Education FBI Clearance, and TB Screening.
  • Education Documentation: Diploma or Official Transcripts.
