Venture Solar is seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.

This is not a lead generation role, but rather a position for experienced sales representatives who are looking for a challenging and rewarding environment to succeed.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close deals with the best combination of products and services in the industry.

We focus on making sure our customers understand the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money in the long run.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience
  • Outside sales experience, preferably in-home sales
  • Solar industry knowledge, a plus
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Compensation:
