Job Description

At HCL Technologies, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Solutions Group in prospect development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute campaign strategies to engage with potential clients.
  2. Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless execution of RFPs and other business opportunities.
  3. Lead CXO connections and communications with prospective clients, escalating issues as needed.
  4. Manage the quality and quantity of account activity using tools like SFA.
  5. Plan and develop the pipeline of business opportunities.
  6. Recruit, develop, and manage a team of account managers.
