Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts, records, and other documentation as required
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or dialysis preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
