Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Prepare and maintain patient charts, records, and other documentation as required
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare or dialysis preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $33.00/hour
