Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure superior service delivery.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue through increased coverage and policy features.
  • Conduct rating and quoting using company systems to provide clients with competitive options.
  • Reassess existing policies to secure better pricing or coverage as needed.
  • Utilize product knowledge to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively.
  • Process endorsements and manage initial claims reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Possession of an active Property & Casualty License.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in information handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience with AMS 360 or similar software is preferred.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience, and includes unlimited commission potential along with a signing bonus.
