Senior Account Manager

The Richards Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. This role involves developing long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and the organization, providing superior service to new and existing clients, and cultivating positive relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and the organization.
- Solicit cross-sale opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue.
- Rating and quoting on company systems.
- Remarket existing policies to obtain more competitive pricing and/or coverage for clients.
- Apply knowledge of products and services to best meet client needs.
- Endorsement processing and taking the first report of claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and files.
Requirements:
- 5 years of prior industry experience required.
- An active Property & Casualty License is required.
- Must have integrity, a positive attitude, and highly professional skills.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
- Computer skills that are highly accurate and efficient.
- Experience using AMS 360 or similar software program.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience, with unlimited commission potential and a $1000 signing bonus.
