Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Casino Controller to oversee all casino accounting functions, analyze financial statements, and submit reports to management staff and regulatory agencies. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and supervise all casino accounting functions.
  • Analyze financial statements and prepare reports for management staff and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure all accounting procedures and reporting conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Adhere to all Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations.
  • Conduct revenue audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the casino management team to develop financial strategies and plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Casino Controller or in a similar role.
  • Experience in casino revenue auditing.
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP, Internal Control Policies and Procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
