Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial counseling to patients, particularly those who are uninsured or underinsured.
  • Analyze billing processes to determine patient responsibility and resolve balances through proven debt collection techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including quality assurance for all patient inquiries.
  • Perform computerized data entry and other contact center functions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
