ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cross-sell and up-sell products and services effectively
  • Advanced packing abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and arithmetic
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Able to lift over 40 pounds
