Eurest is a global foodservice leader, and we are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our team.

About the Role

The Sous Chef will assist in the overall success of the food program and oversee culinary functions. This includes assisting in all phases of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation, adhering to the client's culture and guidelines, the Health Department's regulations, and Eurest's standards and expectations of food quality, freshness, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation and cooking of various food items.
  • Assist with planning and creating menus.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team.
  • Assist with managing cost controls and controlling expenditure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We estimate that this role can earn around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
