Executive Chef and Culinary Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at FABRIKA - BAR & RESTAURANT, CABARET CLUB. As the leader of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all dishes served.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and promotions.
- Schedule personnel and manage labor costs to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food cost control, and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Bonus incentives available.
- 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) per year.
