Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to oversee the day-to-day culinary operations at our brand-new Radisson Hotel in Philadelphia. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality food products and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with management to create innovative menu items and promotions that cater to diverse customer preferences
  • Maintain relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients and optimize food costs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior culinary leadership roles, preferably in luxury hotels or restaurants
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field; certification from reputable organizations (e.g., CMC, CEPC) preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with labor laws, safety protocols, and health regulations

Compensation Package:

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
