Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef to lead our culinary team in planning, preparing, and executing creative vegan menus. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of plant-based ingredients, techniques, and food trends, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist the owner in menu planning and development.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock management to minimize waste.
  • Experiment with new plant-based recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities during the owner's absence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (vegan experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of plant-based ingredients, techniques, and food trends.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
